We believe in delivering your orders with the utmost care. Most of our orders are shipped via DHL with a standard ground shipping rate. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, and we do our best to keep you informed throughout the process.

For a truly bespoke experience, request a custom Shadiat design using the custom order form on our contact page. A member of our team will guide you through every step, from selecting fabrics and design to taking measurements for your one-of-a-kind piece.

We understand that things can change. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours. Due to the handcrafted nature of our designs, we are unable to accommodate changes after production has begun.

To view your past orders, simply log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section. For guest checkout users, just email us with your order number, and we'll be happy to assist.

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at studio@shadiatofficial.com. Please note that Shadiat is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once they have been successfully delivered.

All Shadiat pieces are proudly handcrafted in our Lagos studio, using the highest quality fabrics and traditional techniques.

Custom orders vary in production time based on design complexity. After discussing your needs, we will provide an estimated timeline for completion.

We proudly offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout, based on your location.

All our available products are listed on our website. If an item is out of stock, it will be clearly indicated. If you have specific questions, feel free to contact us for assistance.

We want you to love your Shadiat purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, our return policy ensures a smooth process.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

- Requests for exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

- Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

- Custom-made, clearance, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
